You must be at least 21 years of age or older at the time of account registration. 8qrh5 strictly prohibits underage gambling and implements mandatory age verification procedures during the KYC process. If we discover that a Player is under 21 years of age, their account will be immediately suspended, all pending transactions cancelled, deposited funds returned to the original payment source, and any winnings forfeited without exception.
You must be a resident of Indonesia and physically located within Indonesian territory when accessing or using 8qrh5 services. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account information with any third party. You agree to notify 8qrh5 immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized access to your account or any security breach. 8qrh5 is not liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized account access due to your failure to maintain adequate security measures. 8qrh5 reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account at our sole discretion if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms and Conditions, engaged in fraudulent activity, abused bonuses, created multiple accounts, provided false information, or engaged in any conduct we deem harmful to the platform or other Players. In cases of suspension or termination for cause, any remaining account balance may be forfeited. If your account is closed in good standing (no violations), remaining balances will be returned to you after deducting any applicable fees or charges.

Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method, typically ranging from Rp 25,000 to Rp 100,000. Maximum deposit limits are set per transaction and per day for security purposes. Deposits are normally credited to your account within 1-5 minutes during banking hours. You may only deposit funds from payment sources registered in your own name—third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will be returned.
Withdrawals can be requested 24/7 through your account dashboard. All withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposits to comply with anti-money laundering regulations. If your account remains inactive (no logins or transactions) for 12 consecutive months and contains a balance, 8qrh5 reserves the right to charge a monthly inactivity fee of Rp 50,000 or 10% of the remaining balance, whichever is lower, until the balance reaches zero. You will receive email notification before any inactivity fees are assessed. To prevent inactivity fees, simply log in to your account at least once every 12 months.
8qrh5 offers various bonuses and promotions including welcome bonuses, deposit bonuses, cashback, free bets, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions outlined in the promotional materials and bonus terms page. Standard wagering requirements apply to most bonuses, typically ranging from 5x to 30x the bonus amount depending on the promotion type. Wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds can be converted to withdrawable cash or before withdrawals of deposited funds are permitted.
Bonuses are intended for recreational Players only. Bonus abuse, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, wagering patterns designed solely to meet turnover requirements with minimal risk, and collusion with other Players to exploit bonuses, will result in forfeiture of bonuses, winnings derived from bonuses, and potential account termination. 8qrh5 reserves the right to withhold or cancel bonuses at our discretion if we suspect fraudulent or abusive behavior.

In the event of a technical error, malfunction, or disconnection affecting game outcomes, 8qrh5 reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes to Player accounts. For sports betting, if an event is abandoned, postponed, or cancelled, bets will be voided unless the event is rescheduled and completed within 48 hours.
